At The Brand Factor, we utilize a virtual team approach. Our team is made up of senior executive level marketing and licensing pros. Each client is assigned a “project leader” and “project team”. The project leader serves as the primary liaison between the client and the project team.
Over the course of the project, the project leader will access various specialized team members on an “as needed” basis. In other words, team members are rotated into the project only during the phase that their specific skill set is needed. These skills may include research, brand strategy, creative services or specialty category sales.
